Location & Accessibility

  • Quartier Papier is located in Zaventem, close to Brussels Airport and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. This former paper factory has been transformed into a unique event venue with an industrial yet warm atmosphere. Thanks to its central location in Belgium, we are easily accessible for both national and international guests.

  • Yes, Zaventem station is within walking distance (±10 minutes) and offers direct connections to Brussels, Antwerp, and other major cities in Belgium. Quick connections via Uber or taxi are also always available.

  • We have 100 parking spaces on-site, 40 of which are equipped with electric charging stations. Additional parking capacity is available within a 10-minute walk if needed. Quartier Papier always offers tailored mobility solutions.

  • Our rooms accommodate groups from 6 to 240 people, with spaces ranging from 12 m² to 275 m². This allows us to perfectly host both small meetings and large corporate events.

  • The spaces at Quartier Papier combine the industrial character of the former paper factory with a warm, stylish finish. This creates an inspiring setting perfect for both formal and creative events.

  • Yes, our spaces can be adapted to different setups such as theater, boardroom, or reception. All our event furniture is movable.

Technology & Facilities

  • Yes, all our rooms are equipped with high-quality AV facilities. If additional technical support is required, we work with our trusted partner Bluemoon.

  • We provide a fast and stable Wi-Fi network throughout the entire venue. In certain rooms, a wired internet connection is also available upon request for maximum reliability. We partner with Eurofiber, providing a dedicated fiber line with speeds of 200 MB.

  • Yes, through our technical partner we can support hybrid events and livestreaming. We also have a fully equipped studio to offer this professionally.

Catering

  • Yes, we work with 7 fixed catering partners. As a client, you are free to choose the partner that best fits your event.

  • An external caterer is only allowed if they collaborate with one of our fixed catering partners.

  • Our seminar packages are flexible and fully customizable to your needs. They typically include high-quality cold lunches and dishes, ideal for professional meetings and seminars in Zaventem, the Brussels region, and the airport area.
    If breakfast and/or lunch needs to be provided, we organize this ourselves for groups of up to 80 people.
